Deaf Pitcher Dominates

Indian Hills High School pitcher Austin Solecitto has a bright future. He is a dominate left handed pitcher who has caught the attention of several MLB teams. But that's not the whole story. At the age of 5 he had a cochlear implant operation. But when he pitches he chooses not to use his hearing aid. Initially his decision not to hear on the mound caused some confusion for his team but ultimately he has proven to be a successful and dominate pitcher.
